Project Management Coordinator

Virtual Vocations Inc

Managing project plans and schedules, the full-time Project Management Coordinator will coordinate resources, prepare summary reports, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining professional relationships among team members. Key responsibilities Coordinating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, and expenditures Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting actions and decisions Assessing project risks and issues, providing solutions, and ensuring adherence to project frameworks Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 4-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field Demonstrated personal leadership and functional/technical agility Ability to analyze issues and make decisions effectively Experience in advancing business goals and improving service quality and processes
