Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients across Gilbert, Arizona, and beyond. Utilizing a telehealth model, you will leverage modern communication tools to conduct sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for both you and your clients. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments tailored to each client's needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other methods to address clients' specific concerns.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and support clients effectively.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews aimed at enhancing clinical practice and fostering team learning.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your ability to understand individual needs and personalize treatment will directly impact clients’ capacity to cope and thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Proficient in applying solution-based psychotherapy approaches tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport with clients and working within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex cases and provide effective interventions.
