Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in your practice, in accordance with guidelines from professional associations.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, employing varied therapeutic methods and interventions.

• Participate actively in weekly team meetings, discussing client cases, treatment strategies, and sharing insights for continual improvement.

• Plan and implement effective treatment strategies based on thorough assessments and evaluations of the client's needs.

• Document and maintain progress notes meticulously after each client session, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes adolescents, young adults, and adults in the Sacramento area, many of whom may be facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. Emphasizing a client-centered approach, your role will involve providing appropriate coping strategies and therapeutic interventions that encourage personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of valid independent licensure: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
