Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments through secure video calls, enabling you to develop suitable treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Providing individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Utilizing virtual tools to perform mental health screenings, identifying gaps in treatment and areas requiring dedicated support.

• Understanding the personal goals and circumstances of clients, allowing you to create individualized treatment strategies that respect their preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
