Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on thorough patient assessments, addressing specific goals and needs.
• Manage a caseload of patients by providing one-on-one therapy sessions focused on improving mobility, strength, and quality of life.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and advanced manual therapy techniques to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, ensuring integrated treatment approaches across patient care.
• Document all services rendered accurately and succinctly using EMR software, primarily WebPT, to maintain compliance and facilitate communication.
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, enhancing the multi-disciplinary approach to patient rehabilitation.
• Promote health education and prevention strategies to support patients in maintaining their independence post-treatment.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing the encouragement and support needed to achieve their goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population suffering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative patients, athletes recovering from injuries, and individuals seeking relief from chronic pain. Our approach focuses on personalized care, ensuring every patient receives the specific attention and treatment necessary for their recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with an exemplary professional record.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective rehabilitation protocols.
• Previous experience in a team environment that promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
