Our team includes two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, ensuring collaborative care tailored to individual patient needs.

Work Environment

The role of a Physical Therapist at Queen Tower Recovery Center is an onsite position, allowing for hands-on interaction with patients throughout their rehabilitation journeys. Our welcoming and supportive facility fosters an environment where professionals can excel and patients feel comfortable. The full-time work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while ensuring our clients receive consistent care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and functional independence.
• Effectively manage a caseload where you will treat one patient per hour, allowing for focused and personalized care.
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques to improve client strength, flexibility, and pain management.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary, ensuring optimal recovery trajectories.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies, encouraging a commitment to healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment services provided to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and conditions, which allows for a focused approach to rehabilitation. Many patients possess private medical insurance, enabling access to a wide range of treatment modalities. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid license as a Physical Therapist in California are required.
• A clean professional record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy, along with experience in designing and supervising exercise programs.
• Competence in utilizing EMR software, specifically platforms such as WebPT, for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Hands-on expertise in advanced manual therapy techniques and holistic approaches to physical rehabilitation.
• A background in patient education, particularly in promoting wellness and preventative care measures.

Compensation and Benefits
