Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations to determine patient needs and establish baseline measurements.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing advanced therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities.
• Conduct regular patient assessments to track progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, rehabilitation processes, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and a range of healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated, high-quality patient care and treatment continuity.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment protocols, and outcomes in compliance with state regulations, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients dealing with orthopedic issues such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, joint replacement rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will need to communicate effectively with patients who may be in discomfort and require encouragement and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid California Physical Therapist License.
• Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to foster a reassuring environment for patients.
• A comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and physiology relevant to clinical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a proven track record of developing effective treatment plans.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient data and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
