Work Environment

The work setting is primarily onsite at our San Bernardino outpatient office, where you will have direct access to state-of-the-art facilities designed for comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation. The typical workweek runs from Monday to Friday, with working hours scheduled from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our clinic is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and resources to support effective treatment outcomes, providing a conducive atmosphere for therapists and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify patients' rehabilitation goals and needs, tailoring treatment plans based on individual evaluations.
• Manage a focused caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities aimed at restoring mobility, improving function, and maximizing patients' quality of life.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques and interventions, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Provide education on alternative approaches to pain management, promoting reduced reliance on medications and surgical options.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering an environment of support and empowerment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to enhance care quality and case management.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes thoroughly to maintain accurate records and facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our diverse patient demographic ranges from athletes seeking to regain peak performance to post-surgical patients aiming for a safe return to daily activities. This role is integral in helping clients achieve their physical rehabilitation goals, instilling trust and comfort throughout their recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree (DPT) is preferred.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record, free from board actions or disciplinary concerns related to licensure.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises tailored to orthopedic patients.
• Competence in utilizing digital tools such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly WebPT, to manage patient records efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly valued.
• Proficiency in developing and applying exercise protocols designed for individual recovery objectives.
• Experience in consulting with interdisciplinary teams to create cohesive treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
