Key Responsibilities

• Assess and address individual patient goals and needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring dedicated attention to their rehabilitation and progress.
• Implement comprehensive care plans that integrate cutting-edge treatment techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques effectively to improve patients' mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on prevention strategies and self-management techniques to promote recovery and discourage reliance on medications or unnecessary surgeries.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress assessments thoroughly to ensure seamless communication within the care team.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their journey, fostering an encouraging environment to optimize their functional performance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other therapists, to implement comprehensive treatment strategies for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic focuses primarily on patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work with diverse individuals, from active athletes seeking quick recovery to elderly patients needing assistance in regaining mobility. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing their physical capabilities and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• An unblemished professional record and no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy and exercise protocol development.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) software, with specific experience in WebPT being a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with advanced physical therapy techniques and methodologies.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills to cultivate robust patient relationships and foster a comfortable atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package, with annual salaries ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
