Work Environment

As an onsite physical therapist in our outpatient office, you will work in a collaborative atmosphere alongside two other physical therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each patient's unique goals and treatment needs.
• Manage an individual caseload, seeing one patient per hour, allowing you to dedicate quality time and attention to each treatment session.
• Utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, focusing on improving patients' mobility and quality of life.
• Deliver cost-effective treatment strategies, focusing on reducing patients' reliance on medications and the need for surgical interventions when possible.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each patient.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey to maximize their functional capabilities.
• Thoroughly document all patient care services provided to maintain clear records and enable seamless communication within the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Master's or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy is essential to fulfill the role's clinical responsibilities.

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques is highly desirable.

• Experience with EMR software, specifically WebPT, is preferred for efficient patient record management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
