Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work in a home care setting, where compassionate and individualized therapy is vital. Our therapists operate mainly from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, engaging with patients in their homes to provide therapy in a comfortable and familiar environment. This arrangement promotes a holistic approach to treatment and often leads to significantly improved patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care based on the referrals from physicians, ensuring adherence to prescriptions and state regulations.
• Conduct thorough evaluations utilizing evidence-based techniques to assess patients' needs effectively.
• Develop customized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals and milestones tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Observe and document each patient's progress meticulously, modifying treatment plans when necessary to adapt to their changing needs and ensuring optimal recovery.
• Implement emergency procedures as needed to ensure patient safety, which may include managing acute situations within the home setting.
• Maintain comprehensive records that align with departmental policies, which are essential for continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
