Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and articulate specific therapy needs.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and educational interventions aimed at increasing strength, mobility, and independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees (DPT or MPT) are highly regarded.
• Demonstrated competency in orthopedic therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits
