Work Environment

This position requires working onsite at our well-established outpatient office in San Bernardino, where you will engage directly with patients during their scheduled therapy sessions. Structured hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic that promotes employee well-being and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to establish individualized treatment goals in alignment with their therapeutic needs.
• Handle a manageable patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring high-quality attention and care.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to design and implement effective care plans incorporating diverse treatment modalities.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clinical services delivered to facilitate continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in consistent communication with patients regarding their progress, modifications to treatment plans, and expected outcomes.
• Implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to help patients achieve personal health objectives, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and allied health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches to ensure optimal rehabilitation pathways.
• Promote non-surgical alternatives to enhance patient mobility while striving to limit reliance on medications.
• Advocate for a lifestyle that prioritizes health and wellness, inspiring patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves a diverse demographic of patients with orthopedic conditions, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to sports-related injuries and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of comprehensive therapeutic exercise programs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, including WebPT, and the ability to utilize such tools effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with patients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
