Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists with patient evaluations, ensuring each patient feels heard and respected during assessments.
• Implement modifications to individualized treatment plans based on guidance from the Physical Therapist, prioritizing each patient's unique needs and capabilities.
• Instruct and supervise patients in therapeutic exercises, utilizing patience and clarity to enhance their understanding and comfort.
• Employ therapeutic modalities, including heat, cold, and electrical stimulation, to alleviate pain and restore function, constantly monitoring patient safety and comfort preferences.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, providing clear instructions and support to encourage adherence to therapy protocols.
• Thoroughly document patient progress and treatment outcomes, showcasing your commitment to delivering compassionate, effective care.

Qualifications
