Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care following the physician's orders, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual's health plan and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based evaluation methods to assess patient needs accurately, crafting tailored treatment programs that reflect their personal goals.
• Implement hands-on therapy techniques, such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modalities, while making real-time adjustments based on patient tolerance and progression.
• Document patient status, treatment plans, and outcomes meticulously to comply with regulatory standards and facilitate comprehensive team communication.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education and information that empowers them to participate actively in the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
