Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments that evaluate the patient's current physical condition, medical history, functional limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals to establish a pathway for care.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings that align with patient goals and needs.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
