Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments for each patient and develop tailored treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and timelines.

• Document clinical findings and submit detailed clinical progress notes and summaries based on patient progress and attained objectives.

• Coordinate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient evaluation and care continuity.

• Engage with patients through one-on-one sessions, supplementing hands-on techniques with necessary modalities and treatment technologies.

• Make follow-up and outreach calls to existing and prospective patients, dedicating time for these interactions during work hours.

• Participate in documentation efforts at the clinic to maintain accurate patient progress records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic predominantly serves a motivated and active patient population, primarily individuals aged 35 and older who value their health and conditioning. This demographic includes both elite and professional athletes, as well as youth with orthopedic issues. We emphasize patient engagement, encouraging them to adhere to prescribed home exercise programs and recommendations to achieve significant health improvements.

Qualifications

• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical therapy, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional education and practice.

• Strong manual therapy skills and expertise.

• A desire to continually learn and grow professionally within the role.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teaching small group fitness classes (3-6 participants) is a plus.

• Certification in Pilates or similar modalities.

• Training in NAIOMT, IASTM, or similar advanced techniques will be advantageous.

• Experience working with vestibular and post-concussion patients is valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
