We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Health Therapist to join our team at Oro Valle Motion Physical Therapy Services in Riverside, California. This full-time position focuses on providing exceptional care to our patients, helping them restore mobility and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work onsite in our modern outpatient office, collaborating with a dedicated team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a predictable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient goals and needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Provide individualized treatment plans and implement a diverse range of therapeutic interventions.
• Manage a patient schedule, typically fulfilling treatment for one patient per hour.
• Employ cost-effective treatment solutions that emphasize improving movement and mobility.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to minimize reliance on medications and unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Devise effective wellness programs tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes.
• Thoroughly document patient care and services provided, maintaining accurate records in compliance with clinic standards.
• Foster open communication with patients regarding their treatment and rehabilitation progress, motivating them throughout their journey.
• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in California without any disciplinary actions on record.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic physical therapy practices.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, with a focus on manual therapy techniques.
• Track record of developing and executing exercise regimens tailored to a variety of patient needs.
• Knowledge of contemporary rehabilitation trends and evidence-based practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
