Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient recovery and functional mobility, while incorporating the latest therapeutic methodologies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate, concise clinical documentation in accordance with all relevant legal and organizational regulations, ensuring that patient information is meticulously recorded.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and PTAs, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Provide education and instruction to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and preventative strategies for injury relapse.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practice and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients encompass a broad spectrum of ages and conditions, primarily focusing on seniors and individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain. You will address their unique needs, considering each individual's medical history and rehabilitation goals to deliver targeted and effective therapy.

Qualifications

• Active California State Physical Therapy License.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport with patients and effectively communicate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits
