Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments and specific rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress throughout their rehabilitation journey, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to maximize efficacy.
• Maintain a patient load of one individual per hour, providing dedicated attention to each patient's unique needs and ensuring quality care.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and restore function, facilitating an easier path to recovery for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote independence and optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's health are considered.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions using EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Exceptional manual therapy skills and the ability to develop effective exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While 3 years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certification in areas such as sports therapy or pain management will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits
