Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans that address patients' specific conditions and recovery goals.
• Select and administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and utilize relevant assistive devices to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Guide and motivate patients during therapeutic activities while educating them, their families, and caregivers on home exercise programs to support recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, continuously evaluate their responses to treatment, and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans accordingly.
• Oversee and mentor paraprofessionals and support personnel in delivering high-quality care, providing clinical direction, and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring initiatives, potentially serving as a preceptor for new staff or interns.
• Assist in the evaluation of quality assurance indicators to maintain high standards of care.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to team success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Twin Mountain, you will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including those recovering from surgery, injury, chronic pain, or neurological conditions. Our patient population ranges from young athletes to seniors, all with varying needs that require customized treatment approaches. Your compassionate and proactive care will directly impact their rehabilitation experiences and overall recovery.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy licensure in California, in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (for graduates before 2002) or a Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (for graduates after 2002).
• Ability to manage a daily caseload of 4 to 5 patients effectively, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and quality treatment.
• Proven clinical reasoning skills, with a passion for patient engagement and successful outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interaction with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant physical therapy role, preferably within a rehabilitation center.
• Experience with telehealth practices or virtual care platforms is a plus, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in treatment delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and clinical experience.
