This full-time, onsite position offers an excellent opportunity for a committed professional with at least three years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation. Work Environment

The rehabilitation center is designed with an inviting and supportive atmosphere that encourages collaboration among staff and comfort for patients. Operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, our structure allows our team ample time to engage with patients one-on-one, ensuring tailored care that meets each individual's needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients, reviewing their medical history, functional limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals to establish a clear understanding of their unique needs.
• Collaboratively develop individualized plans of care based on assessment findings, ensuring that the treatment strategy is aligned with the patient's objectives and capabilities.
• Guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, facilitating a supportive environment where they feel empowered to engage in their treatment plan and achieve their recovery goals.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and progressive exercise prescription to treat patients, educating them on their conditions and the various interventions being applied.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to reflect evolving needs and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all services and treatments provided, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position is on orthopedic physical rehabilitation, catering to a wide range of patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. By understanding the specific challenges faced by each patient, our therapists can customize their approach to intervention, promoting effective healing and pain management. Your efforts directly contribute to restoring our patients' function and helping them regain confidence in their physical capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the State of California as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• At least three years of hands-on experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Strong skills in developing and implementing personalized exercise regimens.

Preferred Experience

While three years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in sports rehabilitation, post-operative orthopedic care, or those who have specialized training in advanced manual therapy techniques will be preferred. Expertise in patient education and motivational interviewing is also beneficial to enhance patient engagement and commitment to treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
