Pardise Mind Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to be a cornerstone in our mission to enhance patient mobility and overall quality of life. Work Environment

Located onsite in Riverside, CA, our practice provides a supportive and collaborative work environment. Operating within a dynamic healthcare setting, you will work alongside a close-knit team of two other physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). You'll engage directly with patients in private treatment rooms, allowing for focused care and personalized interaction. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in alignment with their comprehensive health needs, establishing clear evaluation and treatment goals.
• Manage an active caseload of up to one patient per hour, ensuring efficient, effective therapy sessions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on achieving mobility, functional strength, and overall wellness.
• Employ diverse treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, to aid recovery.
• Document all patient care activities comprehensively, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems like WebPT for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal recovery outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, celebrating milestones and reinforcing positive health behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and specialists, to enhance care coordination.
• Promote wellness and injury prevention techniques to patients, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Maintain an organized and clean therapeutic environment while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from various orthopedic conditions, such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. We emphasize treating patients holistically, considering their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your expertise will be pivotal in customizing rehabilitation strategies, ultimately helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic assessment and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patient care.
• Capability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR platforms such as WebPT to enhance organizational efficiency and patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
