Easy Start Therapy, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Independently assess and develop treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and medical histories.
• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, and policies to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt therapy techniques to optimize outcomes.
• Actively liaise with patients, their families, and support departments to address any concerns and ensure comprehensive care.
• Track and document patient interactions and treatment plans with minimal administrative burden.
• Uphold professional relationships with colleagues and external partners while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach projects to promote wellness and preventative care.
• Engage in regular training and compliance workshops to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Showcase professionalism and integrity by following the organization's Code of Conduct and completing related trainings promptly.
• Utilize relevant technology and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, for effective communication and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited physical therapy program, holding a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (BSPT), Master’s (MSPT), or Doctorate (DPT). Graduates from 2003 and onward must hold either an MSPT or DPT.
• Valid and active physical therapy license in the state of Florida, in good standing.
• Current CPR certification, obtained either upon hire or during orientation; must remain updated throughout employment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, particularly focusing on spine treatment, is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in patient management systems and electronic health records is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment, demonstrating adaptability and excellent organizational skills.
