Work Environment

This full-time position primarily involves onsite interactions through our home care facility, allowing you to engage closely with patients in a familiar and comfortable setting. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Empower Move, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments that inform treatment strategies tailored specifically to each patient's needs.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans for diverse patient cases, particularly those with orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
• Utilizing advanced patient outcome measurement software to objectively track and analyze progress, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation for evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, adhering to our department's policies and procedures.
• Actively engaging with patients to educate them about their conditions and empower them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive care planning and delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, addressing chronic pain, and managing neurologic conditions. Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida. A temporary permit is also acceptable while pursuing full licensing.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a home care setting or familiarity with orthopedic and neurologic therapies is preferred. Individuals who have worked with diverse patient demographics and demonstrated the ability to innovate treatment strategies will excel in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. Benefits include:
