As the key psychological resource on campus, you will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and supporting the unique needs of each student. The position is full time and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Illinois School Psychologist license required
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
• Experience working with middle school students preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and crisis intervention
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, adaptable, and organized with a student-centered mindset

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and behavioral assessments
• Interpret results and recommend appropriate interventions
• Support development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding student learning and behavior
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with families to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
