Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify needs and risks.

• Collaborate closely with students, parents, and educators to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each student's goals and cultural background.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various formats including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, coordinating efforts with school staff and external health professionals to support students in acute distress.

• Document clinical notes meticulously and keep treatment plans and summaries updated, adhering to clinic policies and applicable regulations.

• Educate students and their families on mental health resources, equipping them with coping strategies to manage challenges effectively.

• Work within a multidisciplinary team environment, frequently collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses to ensure comprehensive care for students.

• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness based on assessment results.

Qualifications\n
