Work Environment\n

This role is uniquely positioned within a remote work environment, offering flexibility and the ability to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. Operating on a telehealth platform, our center is committed to providing seamless access to mental health care. With operational hours from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, our team ensures that we can meet the diverse scheduling needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and psychological needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience building, ensuring that each plan aligns with best practices.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively support trauma healing.

• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions that guide patients in processing trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering healing.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care tailored to the needs of each client.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective assistance.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge in trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy, integrating new insights into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing various trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC in the state of Tennessee.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide guaranteed pay with annual increases and opportunities for bonuses. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
