Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient office in Largo, Florida, where you will work closely with a diverse range of patients. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and tools, including advanced modalities for physical therapy such as therapeutic ultrasound, electrical stimulation units, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and limitations, including assessments of mobility, strength, range of motion, and functional independence.
• Design and implement personalized plans of care that include specific treatment modalities and techniques tailored to each patient's needs, goals, and conditions, ensuring documentation meets professional standards.
• Use a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery and enhance patient performance in daily activities.
• Monitor progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on patient feedback and outcomes to maximize effectiveness. Document all patient interactions clearly, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education and support regarding treatment methods, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. Your role will require a strong understanding of various conditions, as well as the ability to motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Our team prioritizes quality interactions, ensuring that each patient feels valued, heard, and supported.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, treatment techniques, and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year , dependent on caseload and experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary, our benefits package includes:
