You'll be given the freedom to run your territory your way — trusted to make smart decisions, empowered to execute, and fully supported every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Full‑cycle sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long‑Term Care sectors. Territory development: Identify high‑value targets and build your market expansion strategy. Clinical value selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician‑led wound care model to C‑Suite and administrators. Relationship management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors. Team collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone. What We're Looking For 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or wound care. Deep SNF fluency — you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made. A team‑first mindset with the drive to perform independently. Unwavering integrity — your word is your brand. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Comfort with a road‑warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week). Bachelor’s Degree required. Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000.
