Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead structured and dynamic group therapy sessions designed to foster a sense of community among clients, encouraging them to share experiences and support each other in their journeys.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions that enable clients to delve into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, facilitating the development of effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals, ensuring that their preferences are prioritized throughout the process.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track clients’ progress towards their goals, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on young adults dealing with mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, and stress-related issues. The clients served by Secure Health Counseling are seeking guidance and support as they navigate personal and emotional difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory for this position.

• Licensing: A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required.
\n
• Clinical Skills: Previous experience and proficiency in mental health treatment methodologies, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and thorough documentation practices.

• An attractive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
