Overview Our client is a world-class financial institution and industry titan, based in NYC. They have an immediate and urgent need for an Executive Greeter . The position is located on site at their beautiful headquarters in Midtown, Manhattan. Responsibilities Meet and greet visitors to the headquarters Escort VIP and high-profile clients to appropriate floors and people Answer questions and direct visitors throughout the headquarters Liaise with receptionists, assistants, and other administrative staff Serve as a friendly and helpful brand ambassador at all times Skills and Qualifications 2+ years’ customer service experience in a client-facing role Preferred background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or similar Calm, cool, and collected around high-profile clients Must have extremely professional presence and demeanor Punctual, reliable, and professional Pay Rate Range: $24 - $25 per hour, based on experience Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
