Part-Time Receptionist - Holman Lincoln

Job Overview Holman Lincoln is seeking a Part‑Time Receptionist to join our team. This role works 3 days a week from 4pm–7pm and every other Saturday from 9am–5pm. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers. Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of professionalism. Display a friendly, premium‑brand appearance. Engage customers to determine their automotive needs. Route customers appropriately to our service and parts businesses. Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees. Maintain a high and consistent level of premium‑brand customer service. Use premium‑brand telephone techniques and etiquette. Assist the Service Department with clerical duties. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and customer‑service experience. Pleasant and engaging, with the ability to project a smile both in person and over the phone. Proven outstanding customer‑service experience, preferably with a premium brand. Strong listening skills and the ability to retain information accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone. Team‑oriented, flexible, and able to multi‑task. Pay Competitive wages commensurate with experience and skills, in the range of $20.00 – $24.74 per hour.
