Location: Remote / Oklahoma City, OK

Work Schedule: Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

Work Model: Primarily Remote; occasional onsite meetings may be required in Oklahoma City, OK

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related role.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Demonstrated experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and swimlane diagrams.
• Strong experience writing:
• User stories
• Acceptance criteria
• Functional requirements
• Test cases and test scripts
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar Agile/work-item management tools.
• Hands-on experience performing functional testing.
• Experience coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to effectively bridge communication between business and technical teams.
• Experience working within Agile or structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting large-scale application modernization, cloud migration, or legacy-system replacement initiatives is highly desirable.

Exposure to environments involving technologies such as the following would be beneficial:

• Microsoft Azure
• Azure DevOps
• Angular
• REST APIs
• Azure SQL
• Azure Function Apps
• Power BI
• Document management and workflow/process automation platforms

Experience working with government, public-sector, pension/retirement, financial services, benefits administration, or other highly regulated environments would be an advantage.
