development, and marketing initiatives for our independent living community.This is an ideal opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building connections, networking in representative of the community and plays a critical role in achieving occupancy goals through lead generation, relationship development, referral partnerships, tours, follow-up, and strategic marketing initiatives.Candidates with senior living sales experience and a proven track record of converting leads into move-ins are strongly preferred.Compensation & BenefitsStarting salary of Sales will receive strong consideration.Key ResponsibilitiesSenior Living Sales & Lead ManagementRespond promptly and professionally to internet leads, inquiries, and referralsConduct tours for prospective residents and their familiesBuild relationships with prospects and understand their individual needsGuide seniors and families through the sales and decision-making processMaintain consistent and timely follow-up with prospectsMaintain accurate lead and activity information within the CRMDevelop and execute strategies to convert qualified leads into move-insConsistently work toward and achieve community occupancy goalsMaintain strong relationships with current residents and families to encourage referralsCommunity Outreach & Referral DevelopmentDevelop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior service providers, healthcare professionals, businesses, churches, and community organizationsIdentify and cultivate new referral sourcesRepresent Mansions Senior Living Communities professionally throughout the local communityParticipate in networking opportunities and community organizations that support lead generationMaintain consistent outreach activity to increase awareness of the communityMarketing Events & Community EngagementPlan, coordinate, promote, and host events designed to generate qualified prospects and strengthen referral relationships.Required quarterly marketing events include:Prospect eventsFamily & Friends eventsVendor and referral partner eventsEvents should have a clear purpose and measurable goal of generating qualified leads, increasing community awareness, and strengthening relationships with prospects and referral partners.Marketing & Brand PromotionAssist with advertising, digital marketing, and social media initiativesMaintain current knowledge of competing senior living communities, services, pricing, and market trendsIdentify opportunities to differentiate the community from competitorsEnsure marketing materials and community messaging are consistent with company brand standardsMaintain professional, attractive, and up-to-date signage and promotional materialsSupport excellent curb appeal and ensure the community makes a strong first impression on prospective residents and familiesQualifications2+ years of senior living sales and marketing experience preferredProven success conducting community tours and converting leads into move-insExperience managing sales leads and maintaining consistent prospect follow-upExperience planning and executing marketing or outreach eventsStrong networking and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsCompassion and genuine interest in working with seniors and their familiesStrong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skillsSelf-motivated, competitive, and results-orientedAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with the community leadership teamAdditional RequirementsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAcceptable
