Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, address any emerging concerns, discuss treatment plans, and identify appropriate discharge criteria.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with client needs and goals.

• Document client interactions and progress notes diligently, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and best practices in mental health documentation.

• Lead intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and inform the treatment planning process.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions for personal and professional development, ensuring the continual improvement of therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care strategies that support client recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with youth and their families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
