Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological state and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in alignment with patients' specific needs and clinical diagnoses.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional wellness, personal growth, and coping mechanisms.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment continuity.

• Respond to mental health crises effectively, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and community resources to bolster recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participate in case conferences and team discussions to share insights and contribute to the clinic's collaborative approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and more. Our approach is trauma-informed, prioritizing patient safety, trustworthiness, and empowerment in the therapeutic relationship. The ability to adapt interventions to suit individual circumstances is essential for fostering positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and best practices for treatment.
\n
• Exceptional assessment and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to design effective treatment approaches.

• Strong experience in providing both individual and group therapy as well as crisis intervention.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport and trust with patients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong understanding of relevant computer applications.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting while respecting professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
