This position is fully remote, offering flexibility in working hours, typically ranging from 30 to 40 hours a week, enabling counselors to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including developing pre-crisis and crisis plans to ensure safety and stability.

• Timely completion of all required clinical documentation to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy for each client's ongoing care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by the clinical team to accurately identify client needs and track progress.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that promote healthy decision-making.
\n
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a vital liaison with service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client care and resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain effective communication lines with stakeholders to promote Wickersley’s mission within the wider community.
\n
• Develop relationships with local and state organizations to secure partnerships and funding opportunities that enhance service delivery.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences, workshops, and participating in relevant committees or task forces.

• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and philosophical approach in all professional interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, substance use issues, and those with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. This work requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each client while fostering a safe space for therapeutic growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a state-certified Independent LMHC license.

• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and drafting case reports to reflect client progress and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
