Swagelok is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to the site leadership team in Northeast Ohio. The role focuses on aligning HR strategy with business needs, communicating benefits and policy interpretation, and supporting leadership development. The HRBP will drive performance management, staff development, and talent reviews, while partnering with Talent Acquisition and L&D to grow the workforce.
