Your Tasks Forvia Hellais seeking its next great Account Manager to join our team. The primary function of this role will be to partner with external OEM customers to obtain lighting program awards. This individual will be joining a well established and growing global team that is helping to move the automotive market forward. Daily Responsibilities Responsible for supporting external and internal lighting products for electric vehicle customers Partner with program management to define customer strategy for assigned product groups Maintain a strong customer network. Identify customers’ needs, align with the FORVIA HELLA strategy and coordinate program functions Lead acquisitions and ensure the profitable growth of the account. This includes new program and change management stages Plan and execute prices and reimbursements of your projects. In case of deviations, you actively trigger the needed actions to ensure the budget Conduct problem solving to mitigate any issues that could occur during the design process Your Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 5+ years of sales experience in a similar position in the automotive industry - lighting industry preferred Experience in working with OEM customers and existing customer network Open-minded personality, easy to approach and able to motivate and inspire others Strong interest in selling highly innovative and complex products Willing to go the extra-mile and to tackle complex challenges Why Forvia Hella?
