Service BDC Scheduler & CRM Specialist
Lithia & Driveway
Grapevine Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to support one of the busiest Honda service departments in Texas. You will be the first point of contact for customers scheduling service appointments and inquiries, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish. You will work onsite with Service Advisors and Managers, handling high-volume scheduling, CRM data updates, and appointment reminders while delivering excellent customer service and helping #J-18808-Ljbffr Lithia & Driveway
