Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities that are crucial to the therapeutic journey of our clients. Your key duties will include:

• Completing all necessary documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, within specified time frames to streamline operational efficiency.

• Developing comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining a stable and healthy lifestyle.

• Creating discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition as clients make progress in their recovery journey.

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and internal policies to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Engaging in continued personal and professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education to enhance your skills and maintain professional licensure.

Qualifications\n
