About the RoleWeClean Commercial Cleaning is hiring a hands-on General Manager to own and grow our Residential Branch from end to end - people, operations, quality, customer service, and results. Reporting directly to the owner, you will build and lead the team, enforce service standards, and drive revenue and profitability. This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who leads from the front and gets results.
What You Will Do

• Build and manage the team: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance, and retention
• Lead daily cleaning operations: staffing, coverage, supplies readiness, and on-site execution
• Own service quality: standards, inspections, audits, and rework reduction
• Manage customer service: communication, complaint resolution, and client retention
• Control supplies, purchasing, inventory, and operating costs
• Build and report weekly and monthly KPIs (revenue, retention, service quality, labor efficiency, profitability) and drive continuous improvement
• Support sales and growth: lead handling, proposals, customer onboarding, and renewals

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in English AND Portuguese - spoken and written (required)
• 3+ years in operations or team management (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
• Proven people leadership - hiring, coaching, and holding a team accountable
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with KPIs, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year
