Client Services Representative 2- Hybrid in Richmond, VA

IQVIA seeks a Client Services Representative 2 based in Richmond, VA to manage state pharmacy licensing applications on behalf of clients. The role involves coordinating licensing workflows, communicating with state boards, and providing client support through regular status updates.
Responsibilities
- Execute licensing activities including document preparation, application drafting, and workflow coordination
- Communicate with state boards of pharmacies regarding applications and requirements
- Ensure state applications are filed accurately and on time
- Provide client support via email and phone interactions
- Generate and deliver weekly licensing status reports to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Two or more years of related work experience
- Life science or pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and PC applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
Compensation: $42,700–$106,800 base
