Compensation: $120,000–$180,000 Base Salary + Commission (depending on experience)

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading B2B financial technology company specializing in innovative banking solutions, financial automation, and self-service technologies.

\n

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive new business development and expand market presence across the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas).

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strategic relationships, and delivering complex technology solutions to banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Drive new business development and revenue growth across the assigned territory.
\n
• Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within the banking and financial services industry.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and senior banking leaders.
\n
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and closing.
\n
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
\n
• Position and sell financial technology solutions, including ATM technology, banking automation, cash management, and self-service solutions.
\n
• Manage complex, high-value sales opportunities with financial institutions.
\n
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer information in Salesforce.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer engagement and solution delivery.
\n
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
\n

Qualifications & Experience

\n

\n
• Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise technology sales.
\n
• Experience in the ATM industry is highly preferred.
\n
• Strong backgrounds in banking technology, cash automation, payment solutions, or financial services technology will also be considered.
\n
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
\n
• Experience managing complex, high-value sales opportunities and multi-million-dollar sales targets.
\n
• Established relationships with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions are highly desirable.
\n
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and key decision-makers.
\n
• Strong territory management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based sales environment.
\n
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout the assigned territory.
