Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing their medical histories and performing physical examinations to identify their specific needs and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and requirements of each patient, considering their unique conditions.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including treatment plans and outcomes, in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare specialists such as occupational therapists, physicians, and healthcare aides to ensure that all aspects of a patient's care are streamlined and effective.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies to empower them in their recovery process.
