Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic Care

Move Easy Rehab Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our onsite team in Sarasota, Florida. Work Environment

The physical therapist will work onsite at our outpatient office, which is designed to create a welcoming and therapeutic environment for our patients. The role involves direct patient interaction in a dynamic and fast-paced setting where teamwork and communication are vital. The operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, mobility levels, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals, using evidence-based techniques and modalities.
• Utilize modern therapy tools and equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care, treatment outcomes, and billing activities to facilitate efficient operations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and enhance outcomes.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate relevant knowledge into daily care and team discussions.
• Mentor and support junior staff and assist in implementing quality initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinic performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and mobility impairments. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree will be preferred.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• A strong commitment to providing patient-focused care and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist, ideally within an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT would be an advantageous asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining clinical productivity and quality of care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
