Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is looking for a passionate and dedicated full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist who is committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Revive Physiotherapy Solutions operates a state-of-the-art 5,000 square-foot sports medicine facility in Sarasota, Florida. We are a physical therapy-owned practice specializing primarily in outpatient care, catering to patients with private medical insurance. Our team comprises two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all dedicated to providing exceptional care and fostering an environment of growth and support.

Work Environment

This position requires you to work onsite within our facility, ensuring a hands-on, interactive environment where you can connect deeply with patients. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured schedule that prioritizes work-life balance, which is vital in the healthcare profession.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to clearly identify their goals and treatment needs.
• Manage an individual patient caseload, ensuring focused, quality care with one patient per hour.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans that leverage creative approaches to restore mobility and reduce pain.
• Utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques to improve patient outcomes and facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans, motivating them to adhere to prescribed protocols.
• Develop individualized fitness and wellness plans that encourage long-term health enhancements.
• Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments based on evolving needs.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records within our EMR system (WebPT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to integrate comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Explore innovative, cost-effective treatment alternatives to medications and surgical interventions where possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or degenerative conditions seeking to regain their mobility and enhance their activity levels. You will collaborate closely with patients of various ages and backgrounds, understanding their unique recovery journeys and tailoring interventions to suit their personal goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license issued by the State of Florida.
• A pristine professional record with no disciplinary actions or board complaints.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Competence in developing exercise protocols and facilitating patient education.
• Experience with EMR software, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, showcasing an understanding of best practices within this specialty.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate patients through their rehabilitation process, focusing on functional outcomes and lifestyle changes.

Compensation and Benefits
