This full-time position at our Orthopedic Outpatient Office involves evaluating patients with movement dysfunctions and devising tailored treatment plans designed to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore functional movement. Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, where you will work in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Our facility is equipped with advanced technology and resources, allowing you to deliver effective and evidence-based treatments. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess movement dysfunctions, physical limitations, and potential threats to health.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that focus on therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously, ensuring that records meet both clinical guidelines and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, to optimize patient recovery outcomes.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
• Engage in ongoing education and training, staying current with the latest methodologies and treatment modalities in physical therapy.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, while also assisting in the upkeep of therapy equipment and supplies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Move Easy Rehab Group, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. This diverse patient population includes individuals of all ages, ranging from active athletes seeking rehabilitation to older adults requiring assistance with mobility and strength recovery. Your compassionate approach and expertise will play a key role in restoring their independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR or similar electronic medical record systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing and leading group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
