Work Environment

This position is based on-site at our outpatient facility in beautiful Sarasota, Florida, known for its stunning beaches and vibrant cultural scene. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, in a welcoming space designed for patient comfort and effective rehabilitation sessions. The outpatient office setup fosters collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed physical therapy assessments to evaluate each patient's mobility, strength, and range of motion, tailoring your approach based on individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific orthopedic challenges, utilizing a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training techniques.
• Incorporate advanced therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound therapy, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy, when appropriate to enhance recovery and reduce pain.
• Provide education to patients regarding injury prevention, post-treatment care, and effective home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation in accordance with clinic protocols, ensuring all records are completed in a timely manner.
• Actively collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications
